World Dispatch Conference / IFALDA AGM Meeting Dubai
The TUI GO Centre attended the World Dispatch Conference / IFALDA Annual General Meeting from May 7-9, 2007 at the Fairmont Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Conference was officially sponsored by the General Civil Aviation Authority of the United Arab Emirates. This year’s theme was “Exploring New Frontiers in Flight Dispatch/Operational Control” resulting in innovative presentations by members and quest speakers.
Highlights were presentations on: Dynamic Cost Indexing, What is the True Value?; Cost Control through Flight Dispatch; The Operational Side of ETOPS, and Flight Dispatch Developments at ICAO.
The GO Centre was on site with a vendor booth presenting together with EDS the latest service updates and system enhancements in the areas of Flight Dispatch Services and Flight Dispatch Training. From a GO Centre perspective the event was great success, following up on latest market developments, plus it was great opportunity for networking with potential partners and customers.
